Nagoya Sushi

With the power out all over Montgomery County after yesterday’s violent thunderstorms, we traveled up Rockville Pike/355 from one powerless decently rated sushi bar on Yelp to the next until the sushi gods smiled upon us with Nagoya Sushi out near King Farm.
Rainbow Roll (california roll with salmon, tuna, white tuna, and shrimp):
Vegas Roll (eel, kani, tobiko, avocado, and cream cheese — deep fried):
We also enjoyed:
- Tuna Jalapeño Roll (tuna, cilantro, jalapeño, and ginger)
- Crunchy Spicy Yellowtail Roll (spicy yellowtail with crunchy flower on top)
- Spicy Scallop Roll (scallop, tobiko, cucumber, and spicy mayo)
- Spicy Tuna Salad (spicy tuna, cucumber, and vegetables)
Snoverkill
Feb 10th
February 9th and 10th snow storm “Snoverkill”. This storm will push us over the highest D.C. seasonal snow total record from 1898-99.

All Good 2009

All Good Music Festival was a blast! We camped from Thursday to Sunday night. The weather in the mountains was perfect. We had clouds to keep the sun from burning us up and only a few sprinkles of rain during Ben Harper. I might have slept an hour or two each night.
