Here are some pictures from our Labor Day weekend trip to Southern Shores, North Carolina. We watched the sunrise, enjoyed the sun, cooked delicious seafood, and hung out in great company all weekend.

Norm’s Beer and Wine is an awesome store for craft beers in Vienna, Virginia. They have excellent reviews on Yelp and were listed in Mid-Atlantic Brewing News as a top craft beer store in Virginia. I’ve seen brews from Stone, Avery, Dogfish Head, Great Divide, Rogue, Southern Tier, Starr Hill, Green Flash, Tröegs, Bell’s, Oskar Blues, and so many more breweries.

Nagoya Sushi

With the power out all over Montgomery County after yesterday’s violent thunderstorms, we traveled up Rockville Pike/355 from one powerless decently rated sushi bar on Yelp to the next until the sushi gods smiled upon us with Nagoya Sushi out near King Farm.

Rainbow Roll (california roll with salmon, tuna, white tuna, and shrimp):

Tuna Jalapeño Roll (tuna, cilantro, jalapeño, and ginger)
